Dear all,
i have MD file which generated by gromacs 2021.5 , I want to use g_mmpbsa. when i run g_mmpbsa commands, but I am getting this error:
Fatal error:
reading tpx file (md300-2.tpr) version 119 with version 103 program
I want install gromacs V.5 to creat .tpr file with gromacs V.5 and solve this problem, but i cannot install old gromacs version.
i request kind suggestion for this problem
