Is it normal that I set 1000 frames but the .xtc is 348 frames?

I have checked the .log file and I confirmed that the process was done successfully.

Here is the result when I use the command：gmx_mpi trjconv -s md_0_10.tpr -f md_0_10_center.xtc -o md_0_10_fit.xtc -fit rot+trans

Last frame 1000 time 10000.000 → frame 999 time 9990.000
→ frame 1000 time 10000.000
Last written: frame 1000 time 10000.000

Which .xtc file? Where did you set 1000 frames? The output from the trjconv command indicates reading 1000 frames from md_0_10_center.xtc and writing 1000 frames to md_0_10_fit.xtc. Without more information it is difficult for us to help you?
