Is there any meaningful difference between Gromacs Version 4.5.x and new version results?

Dear GMX users,

I recently did a simulation of water diffusion into the medium. I got the parameters from an old paper (2014) using Gromacs version 4.5.x. Now, I am using Gromcas versions 2022 and 2024. Unfortunately, I can not reproduce the diffusion coefficients reported in the paper. I checked many different adjustments but I was not successful. Is it possible to be the issue of the Gromacs version?
