I’m trying to build system lipid bilayer that contain multiple peptide. I’ve tried single peptide-lipid bilayer system before and I used CHARMM-GUI Membrane Builder to build the system, but I don’t know how to generate lipid bilayer system that contain multiple of peptide. Is anyone here know how to add the multiple peptide to the lipid bilayer system that is generated from CHARMM-GUI membrane builder? Thank you in advance.
