I need to change the replex in the simulation for replica from 500 to 1000 but every time I run the simulation, it still 500 and didn’t change as my command like
mpirun -np 10 gmx_mpi mdrun -multidir sim1 sim2 sim3 sim4 sim5 sim6 sim7 sim8 sim9 sim10 -deffnm nvt -replex 1000 >> remd.log
Is there any file I should edit it change the number
