Here post your question: I am new to GROMACS Software. I have error related to domain decomposition :
"Fatal error:
The box size in direction Y (2.202114) times the triclinic skew factor
(1.000000) is too small for a cut-off of 1.104000 with 2 domain decomposition
cells, use 1 or more than 2 cells or increase the box size in this direction."
Is there way to resolve this issue without changing the size of simulation box?
