Could you please tell me by which command the distribution of solvent molecules (%) around protein based on distance can be calculated?
Solvent (%) per distance from protein (nm).

Computing radial distribution functions and coordination numbers would be more useful here than SASA. The RDF specifically calculates the enrichment of a given species at a range of distances relative to bulk solution.
