Dear all
I’m trying to merge different trajectory file created for a system simulated for 1000ns in one final trajectory file using trjcat command. After analysis I found out that the .trr trajectory file is good till 288ns but after that a sudden jump is observed at 604ns, even .cpt file created is fine but the .trr file is uncommon as it shows broken frames. The snapshots for the .trr file and rmsd has been attached below.
My concern is whether it is occurred due to system error or something else ?
Any help regarding this is highly appreciable.
