I have a anisotropic system and I am trying to obtain shear viscosity from ‘‘MOMENTUM FLUCTUATIONS’’ method, explained in Berk Hess paper, JOURNAL OF CHEMICAL PHYSICS
VOLUME 116, NUMBER 1, 2002.
Is the result I get is averaged viscosity?
