Accoding to this tutoria http://www.mdtutorials.com/gmx/umbrella/08_summary.htmll, we can only upload one protein as you see, its only 2BEG protein mentioned in tutorial, but in my case, we have 2 protein chains and one ligand. so how can i start this toutoril by applying my US simulation to prove unbinding and binding state. because in this tutorial, regarding two protein information is not mention
