Acetylated and amidated terminals in AMBER99SB-ILDN protein, nucleic AMBER94

I would like to use acetylated N and amidated C terminals for a peptide in AMBER99SB-ILDN protein, nucleic AMBER94 force field.
How can I get these terminals from pdb2gmx?
