Can GROMACS Analyze Lower Frequency ranges with dielectric?

I am working on generating results for frequency dependent dielectric properties, I have successfully generated results from dielectric and looking to check them against accepted values. However, the frequency range dielectric outputs is on the scale of GHz and I am interested in much lower frequencies, specifically 400-500 MHz.

Is it possible to specify a lower frequency range for dielectric? If not is there an alternative solution using the ACF captured from dipoles?

I suppose what frequencies you get depends on your simulation length. Then you need to run longer simulations.
