Dear gromacs users,

I am building gromacs 2019.6 on a Mint (Ubuntu 18.04) machine, with cuda 10.1, gcc 7.5, AMD threadripper 2990 cpu and two RTX 2080 Ti gpus.

After configuration a CMakeError.log is generated, with some error messages. Nevertheless build, check and installation go smooth, so I would like to know if I have to care about those error messages.

Dear Paul,
sorry for my late reply. In the meantime I installed Ubuntu 18.04 LTS with cuda 10.2.
I am getting the same error. I paste a link to a folder with error and output files.

ok, if the build finishes without CMake warnings and build / test errors there is nothing to worry about
