Hello Gromacs users,
I have a protein system with a membrane, and I want to apply an electric field in the z-direction. As I understand it, to apply a static electric field of 100mV, I should define E0 as 0.1V/nm.
electric-field-Z = 0.1 0 0 0
Do I need to consider any other factors or values?
