Dear GROMACS communities,
My lab recently was given a small grant and we wish to use this budget to buy GPU just for running GROMACS simulations. Typically our simulations are 100k - 300k atoms, and our current budget is around 40k USD for GPU alone. Hence we would like to ask, with our limiting budget and our typical computational simulation size. Which GPU would you recommend? Thank you very much.
