Attached image shows md.mdp file that I chose 200ns but the rmsd and rmsf results show only till 37ns run, I don’t understand the reason and looking for a possible solution?

Have you looked at the log file? Did the simulation finish? Have you looked at the console output? Did it perhaps crash? You might want to try restarting from the latest checkpoint.
