How can i complete from last checkpoint?

I have a 10 temperatures folder . each folder contains

sim1.mdp sim.cpt sim.edr sim.log sim.log.save sim_prev.cpt sim.tpr sim.trr sim.xtc

the running is stopped during my lost connection to the server … I need to resume "not start from the beginning " How can i do that …

You need to add -cpi flag and *.cpt file in your mdrun command, simulation will continue from the last checkpoint.
