I want to do the REUS in NAMD. So is it possible to convert gromacs files into NAMD format?

As far as I know, you can use the general files such as PDB, force fields etc, but can not converst all files. In NAMD, you have PDB, PSF, and configuration files. In fromacs you have pdb, gro, and mdp (comparable to conf files). you can change gro to pdb etc using VMD though.
