How can I prepare a ligand for amber forcefield?
Is there any tutorial for this as I mean to evaluate simulation of DNA and CNT?
I consider CNT as a ligand and I mean to get its topology for utilization in amber.
I appreciate your responses and if I have your assistance step by step in this regard.
