GROMACS version: 2022.4 and 2023.1
Hi,
I faced the following error while installing GROMACS 2023.1:
The following tests FAILED:
64 - MdrunTestsTwoRanks (Timeout)
68 - MdrunMpiTests (Timeout)
Errors while running CTest
make[3]: *** [CMakeFiles/run-ctest-nophys.dir/build.make:71: CMakeFiles/run-ctest-nophys] Error 8
make[2]: *** [CMakeFiles/Makefile2:3256: CMakeFiles/run-ctest-nophys.dir/all] Error 2
make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/Makefile2:3289: CMakeFiles/check.dir/rule] Error 2
make: *** [Makefile:628: check] Error 2
Hence, I tried installing GROMACS 2022.4 in a separate directory and got following error:
Total Test time (real) = 341.57 sec
The following tests FAILED:
65 - MdrunTestsTwoRanks (Timeout)

I need guidance to proceed with the installation and thus I’m posting my problem on the forum.
Any suggestions or assistance would be much appreciated!
