Hello everyone,
I’m encountering an issue while preparing my system for a simulation with GROMACS. When generating the .tpr file for ion addition, I get the following error:
ERROR 1 [file jz4.itp, line 180]:
No default Proper Dih. types
This error prevents the ion addition step from running correctly. To give more context, I am including a screenshot of line 180 in the jz4.itp file.
