Hi everyone,
I was wondering what is the preferred tool package to apply/model glycans on multi chain protein complexes?
We cannot utilize charmm-gui as we are not an academic institution.
We tried doglycans however failed to glycosylate multichains.
Does anyone have any experience with doglycans or adding many glycans to complex proteins?
Any insight & suggestions are much appreciated!
