I am doing equilibration (first NVT, then NPT in multiple steps, gradually reducing the restraints) and then a short run of 20ns before the actual production run. When I checked the average pressure of that 20ns run, it was 0.67 ( ref_P =1.0). My question is whether I should be worried about this or if it is OK? When I discussed it with fellows, they said that the tolerable range is 0.95-1.05 bar only; if it is not in this range, then the simulation is incorrect.
