Hello,
Could someone help me understand what is the force-field describing RNA in the forcefield package [amber14sb_parmbsc1.ff.tar.gz]? It is clear that the DNA forcefield is Amber parmbsc1 but there isn’t anything mentioned about the RNA forcefield in forcefield.doc, although the package contains rtp files for RNA. I found the forcefield package in the following link User contributions — GROMACS webpage https://www.gromacs.org documentation
