Is it possible to convert text file containing ( ID for object, frame, and coordinates ) to trj file
you can convert your text file to pdb, and then the pdb to trr files with
gmx trjconv.
to understand to correct format for the pdb just convert an existing
trr to pdb.with the same command. you might need a tpr file for
that, if you don’t have the topology to make that you can just
submit a pdb file for the -s command line argument.
