Editing TPR file

Dear users,

I have a txt file and I wish to convert it to a tpr file.

This txt file was already a tpr file in the past. I just converted it to a txt file in order to edit some of the atom type lines. Now I wish to use it as a tpr file again.

Does anyone have a suggestion how to do this?

Hi,
I am not aware of any tools that can convert back txt file (originally tpr) in tpr.
Maybe gmx convert-tpr can do the change you want in original tpr.
