Hi everybody,
I am currently running GROMACS with a single NVIDIA Quadro P2000. I was wondering if by adding one or two more cards of the same model (NVIDIA Quadro P2000) will be beneficial to speed up my simulation. To get you in touch, my system is about 60k atoms and Gromacs runs at 35 to 50ns/day. What do you think about adding one or two more cards? Do I need to compile Gromacs once more after adding the card/s?
