Constructing core shell nanoparticle

Dear All,

I am a beginner in GROMACS and would like to construct a core–shell nanoparticle, for example Fe₃O₄@Zr-MOF, and load it with oxaliplatin. Could anyone suggest a simple workflow for building the core-shell nanoparticle and then combining it with the drug to obtain the final simulation system?

Are there any tutorial videos, step-by-step guides, or documentation that you would recommend for learning this process?

Any suggestions, advice, or useful resources would be greatly appreciated.
