Hi,
As the error message reports: if you are sure all warnings are harmless, use the -maxwarn option.
Since you have 5 warnings: gmx grompp ... -maxwarn 5

But, I am facing after this I do not know if it is a error but it’s been like this for a very long time.

I got the same error and did what you guys told but then this error is coming. please help:
134 non-matching atom names
atom names from topol.top will be used
atom names from solv.gro will be ignored
