Here post your question : Hi, I wanted to know if changing the compressibility in npt.mdp and md.mdp file is important if I am using any other solvent than water, like cyclohexane. Then how should the compressibility change if we are using a biphasic system of cyclohexane-water? (I am using charmm36 forcefield). Kindly help me with this.
