Hello everyone,
I need help regarding an issue here. I have performed long simulation of a protein and their two mutants i.e. three systems. I have calculated and plotted RMSD, Rg, Gibbs FEL and other analyses on these systems, but I am confused how to compare the data within these systems. Please recommend any tool, scientific papers, tutorial etc, where I would be able to find some techniques to determine whether or not these differences are significant or not.
