Why am I getting a segmentation fault when I use do_dssp with the latest gromacs version?
When I use an older version like v 5, it’s working fine.
I have all trajectories in the newer version, can anyone help me to sort it out?

there has been a bug in 2020 and 2020.1 that is still not completely
fixed in the latest version. Sorry about that.
As long as you can make a TPR with a version such as 2019.6 you should
be able to read in the trajectory files in that version and do your
analysis there.
