Dear Gromacs users,
If I am using a pre-equilibrated structure as a initial point of the trajectory, so a *.gro file with coordinates and velocities, the only way to reproduce results is to use the same generated *tpr file for a rerun or I can also use the same input files, provided that the ld-seed number is copy-pasted in the *mdp file? I am not sure about this stochastic noise because I am using Nosé-Hoover Thermostat which is deterministic in the calculation of the noise. Furthermore, I am assuming the gen_seed number is not important since the velocities are provided by the input and not from the random distribution.
