Hi All,
I am trying to understand the mdp option xtc-precision. If I set xtc-precision to 5, will the precision be 0.00001 nm?
Also, when processing the trajectories using trjconv, if I set the flag ndec to 5, will the output xtc retain the same precision as in the original xtc (assuming that xtc-precision = 10000, and assuming that the above interpretation is correct)?
