I am trying to patch gromacs with plumed (latest version). I already patched gromacs with plumed, and everything seems to be okay, however, when I try to run the following command " gmx mdrun -s topol.tpr -nsteps 5000000 -plumed plumed.dat" I get the error in the title, which is, that the flag, -plumed, is unkown. Anyone had this error before and knows what may be casuing the problem or how to resolve it?

This is a question for PLUMED, not GROMACS.

But likely you called a binary that is not patched with PLUMED.
