Dear GROMACS community,
I’ve successfully patched my plumed-2.9.0 to gromacs-2022.5 and installed them. However, when I tried to run a md simulation on gromacs with -plumed flag it goes to a fatal error message says “PLUMED is not yet compatible with GROMACS new modular simulator”. Can anyone kindly give me some suggestions on what possibly cause this error message shows and how can I fix it.
