Freezing Water

Hello, I´m totally new to GROMACS and simulation in general, currently i can do with the tutorials but I had such a problem with simulating freezing water, I need both freezing a liquid cube of water and do it in a system with an already existing slab of ice, all in the context of simulating Antifreeze interaction of antifreeze proteins.

I can´t find any tutorial or guide that would help me how to do it, papers show simulation times and temperatures but i still fail to have freezing water… is there like a freezing simulation for dummies (I´m very sorry but I’m a bit technologically illiterate) or someone could tell me the very basic steps to accomplish this?

Freezing water requires nucleation will is very unlikely to happen spontaneously in the time of a typical MD simulation, unless you use extreme supercooling.
