Run command line：gmx mdrun -deffnm md -v -pme gpu -nb gpu -gpu_id 1 -update gpu
Error message：You requested mdrun to use GPUs with IDs 1, but that includes the following incompatible GPUs: 1. Request only compatible GPUs.
How can I solve this quuestion ? My gpu is GTX 1080ti. Thanks a lot.

if you have oe GPU, it should be -gpu_id 0
