Hello everyone,
I am curious to know whether the pi-pi interaction is classified as a van der Waals interaction or electrostatic interaction, or perhaps both in GROMACS?
My understanding is that forcefields don’t typically consider pi-pi interactions on its own, and likely just parametrizes the equations for the electrostatic interactions to account for their effects if relevant
