Problem with mdrun

GROMACS version:
GROMACS modification: Yes/No
I setup a system using gromacs 4.5.3 , can I execute the final mdrun on 2020.4 ? I sort of already did , It showed an error which goes like :

Fatal error:
This group-scheme .tpr file can no longer be run by mdrun. Please update to
the Verlet scheme, or use an earlier version of GROMACS if necessary.

Is there no way to circumvent the issue ?
(P.S- I am using 4.5.3 because these are replica runs of a previously done simulation, so I have to use it )

The group scheme was removed a very long time ago. You will need to use a version of GROMACS that supports it if you want to use such an old .tpr file.
