Hi everyone,
Where may I find a Berger version of a DOPC membrane and its corresponding .itp definition file? It appears that Dr. Tieleman’s website, which used to distribute them according to the GROMACS tutorial, is no longer active. I’d be incredibly grateful for any input offered.
